Gad, or more commonly used greek ass disease is when you are just so greek that you reek of tzatziki and eat gyros for breakfast lunch and dinner. You can’t stop uncontrollably farting and they stink because of all the tzatziki you eat

John: Amalia you stink do you have gad?
Amalia: yeah i just can’t help it i’m greek
