An amazing person that cares about people. He is polite, charming, and such a gentleman. He might not be confident in himself but he is perfect just the way he is. Soutaro is so cute, especially when he is happy and cheerful. Sometimes he might give up on things but in the end, he will always find a way to solve his problems. Many things have happened in his life and he is always able to deal with it. He has many friends that love him and each of them show it in a different way. Soutaro is everything.
