Dogcy is not only a name, but a title given to only the most noble and honorable members of a group or organization. A Dogcy will give 110% for everything and anything you can imagine. Some say this title is derived from Cyborg Dog, dog being the most loyal of creatures and cyborg just being cool. Need someone to rely on? Dogcy's got it.
