A colloquialism for a "Little Tikes Cozy Coupe" toy car, named after the poor gay frencharoo that was involved in a gruesome collision due to her traveling at just 2 kmp/h on a dangerous highway.

Joose: "Did you hear? Anzu's fucking dead."

Joose: "She was driving her Anzucar down Route 43 and got hit by an oncoming car doing 70."
