adj: having an offensive or foul smell and unslightly appearance, often associated with a large turd left in the toilet overnight.

John went to use the bathroom in the morning before his jog and as he approached the toilet he noticed the most braren of all sites and smells, a large turd had not been flushed and was not floating on the surface and was the size of a corn cob. The odor was overpowering and John was unable to run that morning
