A muscular chap who enjoys consuming large amounts of alcohol. He is likely to have gone to a very public school i.e. Eaton, Winchester or Harrow. He dabbles in clunge. He is almost a role model to the average chap and the saying WWBD (what would budley do) is often used if you are unsure about what step to take.
