A Simp is a man who puts himself in a pathetic submissive position to a woman (Who usually already has a boyfriend) in hopes of at least gaining the smallest amount of physical contact. Simps are a subspecies of the Eugene who have specially mutated to win over girls.
Jacob over there is such a simp, he films his girlfriend while she gets ducked by his second cousin for her only fans account.
