Getting Shkrelied (named after "Pharma bro" Martin Shkreli) is used when karma kicks in and someone gets paid in full for all the evil stuff they've done. The term works best when the person that karma is repaying is a greedy asshat.

Oh, man, did you hear that my slumlord just got fined a million bucks? Dude totally got Shkrelied.
