A combination of pedantic and decadent. Means to be overly fussy and specific in a particular, stylised manner.
A: You're always so pedacadent about filling the dishwasher.
B: Well yes, the cups should always go here, the plates go here, the bowls go here and if I do it in a different order then it throws my whole energy off. Plus, it just looks nicer.
