it is Taiwanese slang to describe a small piece of turd that is tangled and hangs on a shred of hair inside the buttocks.

Person 1: giggles I walked passed this guys and suddenly smelled a bad odor.
Person 2: Haha, you think that guy has a loose Kannavie hidden between his butt?
