Sorta-Rican

A person who isn’t technically Puerto-Rican but still has Puerto-Rican roots

“My mother was basically taken in by a Puerto Rican family as a child, so half of my family is Puerto Rican even though I am not at all Hispanic or Latine. My tias and tios jokingly call me ‘Sorta-Rican’ because I’m sorta Puero-Rican”
