Cap
Can mean few different things:
a- Lying as many others have pointed out.
b- Captain. Most notably it's a nickname of Capt America.
c- Capsule, as in pill. Usually talking about controlled substances like Percocet (Oxycodone), or Ecstacy (MDMA).
