Felisa is the biggest crackhead you will ever meet. She doesn't exactly know how to read a room at times and isn't the most functional drunk. But she does have some redeeming qualities, in fact there are enough to weigh out her superfluous amounts of unnecessary random noises she cannot seem to stop making (even in public places). Felisa is the sweetest, smartest, most loyal friend you will ever have. A Felisa is a beautiful ray of sunshine that will never fail to make your day.
