when someone is so tired that they refuse to go out at night to parties. this can be due to being overworked, lazy, amotivated. usually preferring sleep or doing nothing to going out and having a good time.

1. dude, you gotta come out tonight! it's gonna be a sick rager, don't pull a julian!
2. dude, im pretty tired, i think i may just end up pulling a julian tonight
