An individual with a strong resemblace to a fraggle, but yet still hot. Used as an adjective, typically verbilized in a reactionary manner. Not to be confused with a wiggam.

Steve: Hey! Check her out
Boo: Wow, but....hmmm
Steve: Yeah, I hear ya. I'd still do her.
Boo: Uh-huh...she fragalicious.
