The term used to describe the resulting awesomeness, when two or more cool, clever, sexy or talented people live together in the one household.

Girl 1: "Did you hear that hot guy down the road found a new flatmate?"
Girl 2: " Yeah, I met him, he is so sexy!"
Girl 1: "That place is going to be totally dyvan now!!"
