Midwest Muffin

When a male gapes out another males ass with his fist and then takes a muffin (Flavor of his choice) and starts to feed the gaping hole the muffin. When the asshole tightness back up the male then proceeds to suck put the muffin with his mouth and his hands tied behind his mouth
