To relax on the river bank and/or float lazily in the waters of river Rhine during summertime, especially in the city of Basel (Switzerland). Verb derived from engl. "relax" and "Rhy" (local dialect for Rhine). Pronounced like "relax", but with the "r" replace by the typical local guttural xiˈlɛks.
