According to some people on Call of Duty MW2 a person talking over another is someone who is or ha a buttery ass.

Last night on COD:

Guy 1: Yo you see what happened.....
(Interrupter)

Another Gamer: Hey can yall hear me.

Guy 2: Hey David hut your buttery ass up I can't hear.
