The nickname the Band director gives the percussion section after one or more members does something stupid, such as dropping a stick or mallet or doing something equally heinous.

Band Director: Dean, why didn't you play your drum solo?
Dean: I dropped my sticks.
Band Director: You dummer! How do you expect us to win if you're Mr. Butterfingers?
