Rimminator

A guy whose ancestors may have originally rimmed wheels, and then ended up via a time travel event as Terminators, much in the style of the T800 or T100, but less muscular and more bald & pasty white.

"Oh oh - look out - I hear the Rimminator has come back in time to steal all our sandwiches".
