The Ghostface Killah is an ancient tradition in which when an individual exhales smoke, another member of his clique would slap the smoke right back on his face. At this moment the rest of the group would yell out, GHOSTFACE KILLAH!!
When Omar blew the smoke from the sheesha Anir slapped him and the Goons all yelled GHOSTFACE KILLAH.
