Kentucky Thumb

The act of taking one's thumb and jamming it in a bloody, gaping, hole and/or skin flaps.

I gave her the ol' Kentucky Thumb and I still can't get all the blood out from under my nail but she thanked me, oh yeah, she thanked me.
