A type of oral sex performed upon a male during which the giver whips the receiver's testicles with her braided hair (or, when given by males, something similar to braids can be used). It gets its name because Native American females have long, thick braids that are perfect from this act.

Andy: Yo man, did you get any birthday sex last night?
Fred: Nah dude, but I did get the best indian head ever. She whipped my balls so good!
