an adjective describing the state of being emotionally detached, uncertain and severely confused yet deciding to embark on new (romantic) encounters in a vague and cryptic manner, specifically when aware of the potential person's expressed interest in oneself. could be referred as "player", but refers to the extreme extend of it in an emotional aspect with a very emotionally turbulent and mentally unclear outward expression.
