(verb) 1. to divorce your wife simply for aging, especially if you immediately replace her with a younger more attractive one. Common in the entertainment community, among doctors, lawyers, and even some politicians.
He just finished his residency, so it looks like the doctor is going to newt his starter wife for some new arm candy.
