Similar to a McGangbang, however more expensive. It consists of two McSpicy Chickens, with the top bun of one removed and the bottom of the other removed. Then add four McNuggets between the two chicken patties. Then ask for buffalo sauce and pour it on. The name comes from all of the CHICKen being put together.
