Phrase that refers to U.S. congressman Anthony Weiner's attempt to hide the fact that he photographed and tweeted/emailed photos of his weiner etc. to women he met online. Before and after his marriage. Maybe on the job.

The Weinergate scandal is by far the funniest thing to come out of Washington...ever, I think
