A derogatory word for beautiful, 5'2 Indian women. It is used to detonate how amazing these women are, and can be seen as something negative, as most of these women end up with trashy men in comparison, as they are just too good.

"Well, golly gosh darn it! You may have just become a rossie in my eyes!", Ayla exclaimed to Rina.
