Hornak syndrome is a clinical syndrome caused by an elevated ego. This disease affects both the reproductive system and the nervous system. Scientist argue that the Hornak syndrome may be a form of dementia. This incurable, degenerative, and terminal disease was first found in Germany. Currently there are experiments to control this disease, but the most efficient way is to leave the patient in quarantine because being around other people may increase the risk of the disease.

The following list are the most common symptoms.

* Elevated ego
* The need to repeat yourself to feel important
* Excessive diarrhea
doctor: you have the Hornak syndrome
patient: really doctor! but I am awesome
doctor: well that is one of the symptoms, this is a serious disease
patient: oh no! did i ever tell you that I am awesome
doctor: you have, this repetitiveness is part of your disease, i am afraid to tell you that you are going to live for 2 months
patient: oh no, but i am too awesome to die..
