It differs from a 'slogan' in that it lacks any serious political, ideological, or direct commercial purpose. Its primary goal is simply wit, light amusement, or just intrigue. A play on the word "blurb". Examples: "shit is grey", "walk back or nor", "idiocy mosaic", "fartlanders".
