Naul

A state wherein something both is and isn't true at the same time. In other words, it's like contradictions without the conflict, allowing both states to be true even though logically it doesn't make sense. often used in philosophical conversations.

The word naul could also be called "A collection of contradictions that are all true and false at the same time, however the word contradiction would also be incapable of being applied to the object, seeing as any definition both will and won't be true since that is it's nature."
"Time in Doctor Who is naul, in a constant state of flowing and yet eternally paused, and sometimes even loops!"
