There are many ways you can use the word bitch. By far the worst scenario this word is used is when a man uses it to refer to a woman who doesn't give him what he wants.

Douchebag of a man: Wanna go out?
Unsuspecting woman: Umm no.
Douchebag of a man: You were ugly anyway, bitch.
