shrimp squad

A group of males with small dicks. Usually men will take pride in this and, subsequently, make the shrimp squad symbol (an extended index finger and thumb) to show that they are part of the shrimp squad.

Guy 1: "Shrimp squad?" *makes shrimp squad symbol*
All other guys in room: "Shrimp squad." *makes shrimp squad symbol*
