One who won't download things simply because they require downloading.
Example:
Dom: Hey Chris, do you browse reddit?
Chris: Yes
Dom: Do you have Reddit Enhancement Suite (RES)
Chris: No, I'm a lame antidownloadist and don't use RES because I would have to download it.
