Invented by Zachtishius, The Tiger Stare is when you can do one of the following with an intense, sexual stare.

1. Bring a female into orgasm via your Tiger Stare
2. Get a female interesting in you via your Tiger Stare
or 3. Seduce a female simply with your Tiger Stare

The girl was Tiger Stared into an orgasm in the middle of the mall.
