panic order

When you order food at a restaurant or fast-food chain quickly, without knowing what you really want on the menu. Often caused because the establishment is out of your preferred menu item or because your party begins to order before you are ready.

She said they were out of chicken tenders. I didn't even want this hamburger...I just panic ordered.

When someone tends to be fairly calm but becomes extremely flamboyant and sassy when they are over-excited.

When Jeff realized he'd won the lottery, he totally started to queen-out.
