Yam

A term used to describe any action completed by one of the lads. The lads always know what the use of the word is referring to, but non-lads will never understand.

Tad: Yo, did you Yam this morning?
Matt: Nah not yet, might treat myself to a yam this evening.
Jack: I've already yammed 3 times today!
