A REALLY ugly Man or Woman who's physical appearance makes them look like they have 'pugwashed'

(Washed in a huge washing machine containing Boulders or cannon balls)

"Woooooah that girl's been PUGWASHED!"

Or

"You look like you've been puwashed!" = You're Fugly
