"Ring when ready." Used often in corporate context on slack, Teams or other tools to shorten the endless back and forth of text vs voice call etiquette.

"I am ready for a call if you are." "Okay, yes I can talk" "Okay - do you want to call or should I?" "You can call me." "Now?" "Yes, now is good." That entire conversation is shortened to three letters with RWR.
