A specific, elite tier of friendship consisting of 5 to 10 best friends whom you trust implicitly with your life. It bridges the gap between having hundreds of casual acquaintances and the grammatical impossibility of having only one "best" friend.

I have a lot of friends, but I can only refer to few of them as my pinaest.
