Mexican Leche Dance

When someone takes note of a particularly voluptuous pair of breasts, and is so transfixed by them that they are unable to look away for more than a few seconds at a time. This leads to repeated head jerks back and forth in the direction of said breasts....the mexican leche dance.

My buddy was at the bar last night and didn't get any numbers, but he was doing the Mexican leche dance all night long.
