Charpie

What chicano girls use to draw in their eyebrows; usually 6-9 inches above where an actual eyebrow would be.

i.e. Sharpie

Esmerelda: "Oooh, Maria, you lookeen hot today, what jou do to jour eyebrowss?"

Maria: "Chica, i usse a Charpie, but don' tell nobody"
