Referring to one’s unearned testicular-bravery; When someone is on the chase for clout so hard that they are willing to go to any lengths, including but not limited to making a fool of themselves or putting themselves in danger to get attention.

Someone with a large set of SnowBalls usually tries to come off as hard as fuck, but can easily be triggered to running and hiding behind a super fluffy cat while calling people bullies through online videos.
