bag smokes

A bag, usually that of the freezer variety, that is filled with rejected cigarettes from a production line which is then sold illegally by labourers for a much cheaper price.

Joe: Hey Bud, where'd you get them bag smokes?
Bud: From that indian guy who buys tickets from the corner store.
