A mathematical error involving either a sign error, a factor of two, or forgetting to carry the one in addition or subtraction.

Oops, I wrote 2018-2010 was 18 on my math exam. It was such a yinka!

Something which is inedible, but tasty looking. E.g. tide pods or anything from subway.

Damn dude, my doge told me my homework was mondolicious! Right after, he threw up!
