A noun used to describe a person who is hateful (unpleasant) with a cynical view on life that really just bums everyone else out and just makes peoples days worse for no discernable reason.

The term derives from The Aquabats song "Hey Luno"

"hey luno, shut the fuck up." Used after a unpleasant remark.
