When a person is slightly drunk and tired and so they become confused in a situation. However, a person is not drunk enough to be tipsy yet, so they are dipsy. A dipsy person is extremely tired and slightly drunk, so they are easily confused in situations

Boy 1: hey how u feeling?

Girl 1: im feeling bit dipsy

Boy 1: why?

Girl 1: I had a late one last night, and I just had a bit too drink
