A person who makes up outlandish stories and lies uncontrollably....even about the stupidest fucking littlest things. It's a serious condition, one must be a complete douche bag before contracting Opranditis. Side effects include a large Gonzo like nose and micro penis! If you know of anyone experiencing Opranditis get them help asap!
