When a failure harms or negatively affects a group of people.

Guy 1: "Dude, did you know that some moron took a dump in the urinal?"
Guy 2: "Yeah it was nasty."
Guy 3: "That was an epic flail, we could of all been fired!"
Guy 1: "Yeah Man, I'm glad that douche doesn't work here any more."
